MediorNet MuoN
MediorNet MuoN is a versatile SFP (Small Form Factor Pluggable) with built-in processing. The SFPs come with various SDI or HDMI I/Os and can be set up with different functions. A simple change of software license turns the device into an Up/down/cross converter, a JPEG-XS encoder/decode or an SDI to//from 2110 gateway. The MuoN A series can be installed inside a VirU-48-S IP switch and the MuoN B inside the VirtU-32 frame.

MuoN A10
Software-Defined SFP with Processing Platform A (10GE host)
The MuoN A10 SFP series is used in the VirtU 48-S frame or in Commercial-Of-The-Shelf (COTS) IP switches. Available with dual HD-BNC inputs, or HD-BNC outputs, as well as with an HDMI 1.4 output, the MuoN A10 can be configured as a dual channel ST2110 or ST2022-6 gateway.
The modular and software-defined design of the miniature frame allows the storage of up to 4x software options that can be loaded at any time via a simple command.

MuoN B10
Software-Defined SFP with Processing Platform B (10GE host)
The MuoN B10 SFP series is used in the VirtU-32 media processing frame. The processors are available with different HD-BNC I/O ports configuration allowing either two inputs, two outputs, or 1x input and 1x output, each capable of supporting HD/3G SDI signals. The solution is also available as an IP-to-IP SFP without external connectors.
The MuoN high performance processing Platform B can be configured as a dual channel HD/3G Gateway or other functions to be announced in the future.
The modular and software-defined design of the miniature frame allows the storage of up to 3x software options that can be loaded at any time via a simple command.
